Just wanted to take a minute to say Thank You to Caleb! He responded to the emergency quickly and was able to locate the issue and get it fixed asap. When unexpected issues came up he worked longer hours to get us fixed and back to normal pronto! Can't say Thank you enough!

Caleb was very responsive and respectful of my time. He kept me well informed throughout the day as to his arrival to fix my plumbing issue. He made me feel at ease when I was thinking the worst and reassured me it probably wasn't as bad as I thought and he would get it cleared. Everything is draining beautifully this morning. The toilet, shower, and I even filled the tub and it's all draining as it should. I highly recommend Jackson Plumbing.

Outstanding experience with Kaleb of Jackson Plumbing! He was the only one to respond to me on a Sunday night, and he came promptly on Monday morning. Because he needed additional equipment, he came back Tuesday morning and fixed my problem. He was polite, professional, friendly and and conscientious about his work. He definitely went above and beyond when he helped me bring a heavy delivery inside before he left! I would definitely recommend!

I messaged this listing for a small leak in my water heater pipe. He charged me $250 and was there for a max of 30 minutes. He originally told me 2pm. Then later told me he overbooked himself and it’d be a little over an hour later. I sent payment, he said he’d send an invoice, but i have not received anything, almost a week later. The issue didn’t require anything but a new hose/pipe. next time, i’ll do it myself. Appreciate the fix, but if you’re considering this business, get different quotes. You’d probably be better off finding someone in Home Depot who can do it.
