Mr. Tim was absolutely the best professional repair service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very prompt called me within a few hours came the next day diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. By Friday morning I had a working machine. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain all the aspects of his repair. Mr. Tim will be my go-to professional for any issues I may have. I had difficulty finding someone who would work on a Samsung washer but when I called him he said no problem.

1. Tim called as soon as he received my phone number; 2. He immediately told me the problem and the fix; 3. He estimated the cost of the part, and then went on line and found one less expensive; 4. As soon as the part came in, Tim was here the same day, and finished the repair with alacrity; 5. When we later had a residual problem, Tim was quick with a text and a YouTube video explaining the simple steps for the fix without coming back and charging more; 6. Tim was work was more than competent, inexpensive, and trustworthy. 7. As for the items from which to choose above - we would choose all five, but you limited us to three. LAST - THUMBTACK HAS TREMDOUS COMPETITION ON LINE, BUT ITS RESPONSIVENESS, WITH BETTER PRICING, WILL HAVE US USING THUMBTACK AGAIN - BUT "DON'T GILD THE LILY" BY INUNDATING ME WITH EMAILS AND SOLICITATIONS THAT WILL HAVE ME "UNSUBSCRIBE"
