The gentleman that came to my house was a very professional and very nice guy. He did extensive troubleshooting and did not try to get in and get out. He spent plenty of time to make sure he found the issue. I would use this company again.

Dre is absolutely amazing! He is professional, personable, punctual, proficient, and practical. What I appreciate most about him is his complete honesty. When evaluating my washer, he explained that while he could fix it, Whirlpool has a known issue with that specific computerized part that often causes it to fail again within a year. Instead of taking the easy money for a temporary fix, he gave me the choice to repair it or purchase a new washer for a better long-term outcome.

He went above and beyond by recommending affordable places to buy a new machine and sharing valuable insight into which brands offer the best value. I decided to buy a new washer based entirely on his recommendation, and it works beautifully! He easily could have just replaced the part, charged me, and left me to deal with the fallout later.

As for my dryer, he quickly sourced the necessary part, fixed it, and made sure it was running perfectly before he left, all while educating me on maintenance. Dre is fun, funny, and genuinely enjoys his work. He walks you through the entire process and offers incredibly fair pricing. I highly recommend Dre, hands down!

Dre was great. Came by to take a look at fridge and after finishing it, got my dishwasher installed. I’ll be reaching out for any home appliances repairs needed in the future.
