- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical, our local customer care team listens carefully and schedules your service quickly. On the day of your appointment, our certified technician arrives on time, in uniform, and takes extra care to protect your home with shoe covers and drop cloths. We perform a full diagnosis, explain our findings clearly, and give you written pricing before any work begins. Once you approve the plan, our team completes the job efficiently and to code. We always clean up before we leave. Afterward, we follow up to ensure everything is perfect and if helpful, set you up with a Family Value Plan to prevent future issues.
