Was communicative over text, asking questions and providing info. Reasonably priced...not a lot cheaper than others (but a little bit), but mostly he seemed to care about my experience. He talked to me less like a customer who needed him and more like someone who needed to know about my own unit. I had my repair done a couple months ago and I have not one single complaint.

If it wasn’t for Travis, my daughter will still be suffering from heat and hot temperatures and suffering from her medical condition. He was very reliable, punctual, EXCELLENT WORK DONE! Most of all, HE IS SO AFFORDABLE but Very Professional. For a very short notice, he showed up to our house so promptly. He serves for the quality and not after the quantity! He is now our regular cooling and heating guy! HE IS THE BEST!!

There’s a reason Jones Home Services has the most positive feedback on here. When my mother’s Ac went out, we braced ourselves for the worst possible financial situation with our finger crossed.Jones Home Services arrived and conducted several tests before determining what he believed to be the issue. After that, he walked out outside to try it once more and identified the precise issue. We appreciated that he wasn’t too arrogant to triple -check his work!
