A/C unit stopped working unexpectedly the day before Labor Day. Put the inquiry in on the holiday, expecting a delay. Neil reached out immediately and made arrangements the same day. He arrived on time and assessed the issue quickly and began the repairs. He provided a thorough explanation of what had occurred and made recommendations for periodic maintenance. Very pleased with the work and price for service. I am looking forward to working with them for our ongoing PM and service. Highly recommend Jonez Boys for your HVAC needs.
