- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we offer "turn key" projects (meaning design - to-install) All pricing is based on each individual project, and we can provide a FREE and accurate estimate once we see the project in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
at our 1st FREE In-home / job site apt we will discuss client's needs, wants, wishlist & budget. we take measurements and write down all details needed for this job from design-to-install. Once we gather all info, we can then email the client a FREE estimate. On our 2nd apt.(if needed) we then discuss samples and design or visit one of our tile, wood, plumbing fixture, decor wholesalers for material selections (if client does not already have their own materials), once we establish a commitment with a deposit, we order materials and get the client on our schedule within 2 weeks (as long as all materials are in stock and onsite before start date as well as any permits that need tobe pulled for each project).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Interior Designer has a B.A. in Interior Design from Kent State in Ohio and has been practicing design for over 12 years in the Piedmont/ Triad area all our plumbers and electricians are licensed and our carpenters have over 20-30 years of experience.
