- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for floral designs is simple! If you have $100 to spend, I'll do my best to do a design and use your favorite or preferred flowers to get the look that you want with what you have.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that they knew to buy locally-- not from FTD or the online floral marketers, so that they can get the most out of their money, instead of having fees taken out from their arrangements!
