Black Diamond Catering was created by Chef Tisdale with the purpose of adding elegance, flair, and experience to the Triad. The chef has led culinary teams, from Baltimore, MD, to the great state of North Carolina. With over 30 years of culinary experience, the chef and his team take food to another level, offering training and demonstrating healthy ways to eat. Sharing the passion for food comes naturally for BDC as we engage the community in conversation about how food affects them everyday.
