- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our business operates with pricing that is both transparent and competitive. We provide free estimates for all services in our service area and we will never alter an estimate without a customers' approval. We do not start any work before the scope of the project and pricing has been agreed upon in writing. This is to make sure our customers are always well informed and never caught by surprise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will reach out requesting a service in our service area. We record some basic information and then send someone to their location to provide a free estimate within one week. Estimates are usually given on the spot and the next step is to get them scheduled for service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 25 years of combined experience in the gutter industry. We operate our business by following the most recent building codes and safety standards. This allows us to safely complete our customers' projects at the highest of industry standards.
