As a Wellness Practitioner, I support individuals and communities in reclaiming wellness through an integrative, Earth-centered approach. My work blends somatic healing, energy balancing, and nature-based practices to help people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of belonging in the world.
I specialize in trauma recovery and crisis support, offering grounded, heart-centered care for those navigating stress, grief, relationship ruptures, addiction recovery, and spiritual fatigue. Whether through holistic coaching, family mediation, or embodied healing sessions, I create spaces of trust where individuals can safely unpack layered experiences and move toward greater wholeness.
Drawing on practices rooted in eco-psychology, affective neuroscience, logo therapy, relational theory, and ancestral knowledge, I guide clients in exploring the deeper roots of disconnection—often shaped by trauma, systemic harm, or environmental estrangement. I believe healing is not only individual, but collective and ecological.
My sessions may include developing trusted relationships through talk therapy, somatic processing, reflexology, energy alignment, breathwork, and sound healing—all tailored to support nervous system regulation, balance, strength, inner clarity, and emotional resilience. At the core of my practice is the belief that reconnection to the Earth is vital to the healing of self and society.

Key Information:
* Initial intake counseling sessions: $111/hr, follow-up sessions: $88/hr or $55/hhr
* Payment: Out-of-pocket only, but Health Savings Plan (HSP) cards are accepted.
* While I don’t process insurance, I will honor your co-pay for a specialist as payment for services after the initial intake.
* Sliding fee scale available for those facing economic hardship. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
* Consultations: $33 for 20 minutes.
* There is a $33 fee for missed or cancelled appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
* Services are available for clients aged 15 and up.
