- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the number of rooms, and the type of cleaning services requested. We offer a variety of discounts and packages to meet the needs of our customers. For example, we offer a 10% discount for customers who book a recurring service, and a 20% discount for customers who book a one-time deep cleaning service. We also offer a variety of packages that include a combination of services such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. Additionally, we offer a free estimate for all services. Our fees are based on the services requested and the size of the home. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves first understanding their needs and expectations. I then provide a detailed proposal outlining the services I can provide, the cost, and the timeline for completion. Once the customer has accepted the proposal, I will schedule a meeting to discuss the project in more detail and answer any questions they may have. Finally, I will create a customized cleaning plan that meets the customer's needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and two years of experience in fire and mold restoration. I have also completed a professional house cleaning certification program, which included training in the use of cleaning products and equipment, as well as safety protocols. Additionally, I have taken courses in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, which have helped me to better understand the needs of my clients and provide them with the best possible service.
