Firstly, she did not bring any cleaning supplies which I found quite strange. I'm not sure if there was something lost in communication but she was at our house for 3 hours and emptied one load of clean dishes, put one load of clean clothes into the dryer without turning it on, and cleaned two bathrooms. Oh, and started one load of bedsheets. No clue how that took so long but it feels a little like we were ripped off. I will stick to professional services from now on.

The service we provided you lasted 3 hours because of the dirtiness of the areas that needed cleaning. There is no job to big or small. This was a big job, as you had said the house had not been cleaned in 2 months. The restrooms had a thick layering of accumulated soap and dirtiness, both the shower and the tub. Sink area was brown and full of makeup. All restrooms were deep cleaned and “left looking new” as stated by your husband. Before leaving Mr. W said he was very satisfied with the work done and gave a $20 tip. This review is a bit confusing as we were told you were satisfied before leaving your home.
