- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never compete on price! We offer simple flat-rate pricing for home cleaning services based on the size of your home given the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also offer occasional specials and discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a pretty convenient process. Once a new client has booked online or over the phone, I give a friendly call to confirm the details of the clean, then find out if the customer has any additional needs or preferences. Once the details are confirmed, the customer will receive an email outlining the cleaning. All customers receive a reminder email or text of their cleaning the night before and we give a follow-up call after the cleaning is complete to check for satisfaction and quality of service. For new customers or those who haven't used any professional cleaning service within the past 45 days, we recommend a deep cleaning for the first clean. It is a full detailed cleaning to get your home to the level of clean you desire. This allows for our cleaners to maintain a high standard of clean for your home through ongoing service - whether, weekly, biweekly or monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Merciful Maid has a vast amount of experience servicing residential and office clients. I thoroughly interviewed and hand selected a team of friendly, experienced and professional cleaners. Many of our cleaners have worked in the hotel and hospitality industry where they not only have a craft in cleaning, but also exceptional customer service qualities! My team has a combination of over 10 years of experience and they absolutely LOVE cleaning and bringing joy and satisfaction to others in the form of a clean and healthy home and business!
