- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am affordable yet worth the prices I quote I treat home like it’s my own so they feel confident in paying for my services I also offer monthly subscriptions to new and existing customers where u have 1 cleaning per week for one set price and if there’s an event or something comes up within that month your able to receive 2 additional free cleanings with each subscription you can also use your additional cleaning day on a friend or family member for subscription customers only
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always get right to work and later walk them through the home to show the areas they may not have noticed needed a little more attention and I am extremely proud of my work ethic with every customer and it shows
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took many osha classes to not only perfect my craft but to sanitize every area so the next job you do for that family won’t be like the first
