- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to treat every project as if it were my own home. I have rough ideas of price based off the questions, but really need to see everything in person to make sure. This ensures right amount of coats is being accounted for or maybe there is additional prep work that wasn't thought of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat new and old customers like I would family. Its how I was taught and will continue to be. A big key of that is communication, from start to end. I try to keep it simple, create a plan with you. Follow the plan, if something changes it changes. Then we have a final product. I believe in keeping it simple and usually helps keeps things moving smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father ran a business for over 25 years in Charlotte painting and remodeling. Naturally I grew up learning the trade among other skills. He has a business partner now and continues to paint and remodel to this day. I also work in the pest control business for three years and am a certified applicator with the state still. I have performed all types of crawl space work.
