He was very thorough and professional from beginning to end. He also made sure I was comfortable which was a plus for me. Also the pressure in conjunction with the technique was phenomenal, I've been to other franchise spas to help with my back and shoulder pain and he has honestly helped me the most. Lonnie makes you feel very comfortable and focuses on spots full of tension. He is a great listener and very attentive to your needs. He is also very knowledgeable with muscles and pain relief. He was able to give great advice for home care of a sprained ankle that I had which healed well thanks to him. I highly recommend Lonnie for services.
