Pure Maintenance uses a Two step DRY FOG System that saves our customers time and money. Our process has been used and approved by the Army Corp of Engineers. Also, our process has been approved by the NC Dept. of Public Health. We not only remediate the living/office area, but also the HVAC System and crawlspace as well.

Pure Maintenance Job for us: Prepare surfaces, prime and paint exterior wood surfaces on home and garage. Replace exterior door sweeps on home and garage doors. Interior painting of downstairs rooms with anti-fungal paint.
