- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone's event is unique. I do have some standard pricing for party packages but I prefer to have a consultation with a potential client. This allows me to be able to determine what my client's vision is and what type of decorating elements they would like to incorporate into their event. I am also able to speak with the client about what their budget is for the event. This enables me to be able to better meet my client's needs while staying within their budgeted amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is for me to get to know my client. Things they like, don't like, favorite color...things of that sort. This allows me to ensure that I am meeting their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the opportunity to attend the Wedding Planning course offered through Guilford Technical Community College as well as shadow with a well known event production company in the Greensboro area.
