- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on contingency. This means we get paid only when we are able to get our clients compensation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to do a detailed intake! There is so much information we need to know. We want our new client to provide this information but we also want them to meet their attorney, their paralegal, and get a clear idea of how the next days will look. We also need to decide on the best ways to communicate moving forward.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are all passionate about helping injured workers and being a check on workers' compensation insurance companies. Getting involved in workers' compensation law was a natural fit for all of us.
