My son's iPad fell face down onto a tile floor. The owner has deep experience in repairing iPhones and iPads. He was accommodating of drop off and pick up (I dropped it off at 5p and picked it up at 10a the next morning... Could have been earlier if I was available.) Kudos to their service. Screen was obliterated. Devestating accident... Great solution that saved us from having to replace the whole iPad

He responded really quickly and I think that’s a plus. However, he fixed my phone initially and gave it back to me and 4 hours later my screen cracked again. I told him all I did was press my home button and he was very defensive insisting that I did more than just press home button because “phone don’t just crack themselves”. I felt like I was being called a liar when all I did was explain and send pictures of the damage. He waited a few days later and was going to charge me only for the screen since I had just paid. when he came to fix it he placed the phone on the counter and said “look phones don’t just crack themselves”. I was at work so I had to remain professional, so I just smiled and said okay.. while he was fixing my phone he came to me at the end and said “I’m sorry, the screen I put on your phone before was a defective screen that I meant to send back to the manufacturer.” Lol so In my eyes you basically called me a liar and tried to belittle my claims but in actuality you sold me a defective screen. He put on a screen protector for free and didn’t charge me anything the second time. I was happy at the moment bc everything was fixed.. however now I’m not so happy bc my screen is going crazy. Everytime I type a message my screen either type more random letters or numbers or punctuation marks! It even closes me out stuff that I’m in. Even me typing this review is taking me upwards 20 minutes to type.. I’m so upset with this “pro” bc he sold me defective equipment, belittled me, and made my phone worst than before.. I really want a refund which he is not going to give me.. but I am not satisfied in the slightest and I hope no one else has to go thru this..

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My customers need to provide me with the make model and color of their Apple device and describe what's wrong with the device. I'm usually able to provide a quote on the spot otherwise we'll meet at a convenient location for me to diagnose the problem and give you a quote for repair. There's no charge for this service if you come to me. Once we agree on a price I can usually fix your iPhone I have a spot in less than 30 minutes depending upon what's wrong or I'll take your iPad back to my shop and return it in four hours.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have an engineering degree and have been certified Icracked, the nations largest and most respected mobile repair service.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work with anybody that owns Apple iPhones or iPads. I work with individuals, employees and have dozens of corporate customers in the Triad
