- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the hour, have a small minimum print requirement and then after that order is placed will release digital files.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone first so I can find out exactly what they are looking for and what kind of style they like. Then when we meet I take my time, keep the energy relaxed and let them have fun, that is when the real smiles come out. I want good pictures AND a fun experience for clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Photojournalism from UNC-CH. I graduated in 1991. I stayed home and raised my 4 children and I have been running my own photography business in NY since 2006. Now I moved to NC which I call HOME.
