Eduardo, of J and M Construction, was a pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting, we were impressed. Eduardo showed up on time and took the time to fully inspect our roof before sitting down with us and explaining what would be needed to make our home more efficient and aesthetically pleasing. He also explained the products he uses and why they are of better quality than some others that may not. His estimate included all of the repairs and new materials that would be needed to complete the total roof replacement. His price was below others that came to give estimates and included all of the needed materials.
Eduardo himself and his crew completed the entire job in one day, as promised. The team was efficient, courteous, and respectful of our home. As we came outside throughout the day to see the progress, Eduardo took the time to show us what was going on and repairs that were being made. Throughout the day, and when the job was complete the crew took the time to thoroughly clean up after themselves. Although we did expect cleanup to be done, they went above and beyond to make sure they got up nails, clean out gutters, and our shrubbery.
We would recommend J and M Construction to anyone looking for a professional job well done.

I had J&M Construction put a new roof on my house.He came out the first day I called and gave me a quote which I felt was very fair and I hired him.He gave me copies of his insurance and I signed an aggrement to do the work.He and his crew showed up when he said he would and they started taking off the old roof.After that they started putting on new one.They were finished in 2 days and cleaned up better than I could hoped.His workers we very hard workers and very polite and finished when they said.Being new in the area I'm very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him and did to my neighbors and 2 of them have had him do their roofs also with the same outcome..

Eduardo is responsive, responsible, and professional. We had him replace an entire roof and then do a roof repair on another property. We highly recommend him and in fact have referred him already to our closest friends!

I am very please with the work of JM Construction. Prior to the job, Eduardo,explained the entire process to my wife and myself. We were showed examples of the products that would be used and any questions we had were answered during this process. The workmen were very professional and efficient in doing the work. Photos were taken of the work as it proceeded and given to us and we were asked if we had any questions during the roofing job. The workmen did an excellent job and completely removed any debit after the job was completed. Eduardo was very courtesy before, during, and after the job. Prior to leaving he gave us his warranty and told us to contact him if we had any problems in the future. I would highly recommend JM Construction (Eduardo Correa) for any roofing job.

I didn't realize how bad the condition of my roof was until he came and reviewed it with me, so I was very happy that he could do the job with little delay. They did the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up thoroughly.
