Eduardo, of J and M Construction, was a pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting, we were impressed. Eduardo showed up on time and took the time to fully inspect our roof before sitting down with us and explaining what would be needed to make our home more efficient and aesthetically pleasing. He also explained the products he uses and why they are of better quality than some others that may not. His estimate included all of the repairs and new materials that would be needed to complete the total roof replacement. His price was below others that came to give estimates and included all of the needed materials.
Eduardo himself and his crew completed the entire job in one day, as promised. The team was efficient, courteous, and respectful of our home. As we came outside throughout the day to see the progress, Eduardo took the time to show us what was going on and repairs that were being made. Throughout the day, and when the job was complete the crew took the time to thoroughly clean up after themselves. Although we did expect cleanup to be done, they went above and beyond to make sure they got up nails, clean out gutters, and our shrubbery.
We would recommend J and M Construction to anyone looking for a professional job well done.

Eduardo of J&M Construction showed his professionalism from the first time I met him. He thoroughly inspected my roof and showed me pictures he took. He than gave me an option to make repairs to it or to replace the entire roof. He explained how he would proceed with the repair or the replacement. I choose to replace the entire roof and Eduardo set up the date and time the job would begin. On the day chosen, the J&M crew showed up on time and set up for the job. They quickly stripped the roof and disposed of the old shingles immediately into their trash trailer. After the roof was stripped, they swept if off and began putting down the new liner and quickly began putting on the new shingles. Before long, the shingles were in place. FANTASTIC job. Eduardo and crew completed the job in one day with no signs of nails or trash. Even our neighbors gave J&M the thumbs up. I would highly recommend J&M Construction to anyone who needs a new roof. Thanks Eduardo for a job well done.

This is a verifiable review. J&M just finished my roof to include adding a bathroom vent and gutters. They did a fantastic job and I know it was done with quality because I was up on my roof with them throughout the day so I saw firsthand what they were doing. But the most amazing thing about Eduardo was that we scheduled the new roof the same weekend that Hurricane Florence hit North Carolina. He called to reschedule the job until after the storm passed and I did not expect to see him till then.
However, on the day before the storm hit Greensboro two gentleman showed up to install the new gutters and said that Eduardo wanted to make sure the gutters were in place to help capture the deluge of rain that was coming. I was extremely impressed that he thinks this way about his customers. And after the 6.99 inches of rain came I was extremely grateful (WFMY reported 6.99).
I I did my research when looking for a roofer to include references from friends and neighbors but found that J & M had a 5-star rating and zero complaints on the BBB gave me enough confidence to give them a call.
Of the five roofers I contacted Eduardo was only 1 of 2 roofers that wanted me to be present when he did his inspection / estimate. Afterward he sat down with me and presented his credentials and samples of the products he uses to include why he uses them. I already knew that CertainTeed and GAF where the two industry standards and so I felt even more confident about Eduardo because he knew his products very well.
Now here is the twist in my story. Along with my standard roof I also had a flat roof over my sunroom. The quotes for flat roof replacement was a shock (I am not familiar with flat roof work) and the other roofer gave me the option to not do it to save money however Eduardo highly suggested that I replace it at the same time since the age of the roof was the same and there was some peeling at the seams. At first it was easier to go with the cheaper option but after I thought about it I felt more comfortable with his recommendation and do not regret taking it at all. Midday when they began to tear up the old rubber on the flat roof and I was shocked to see that most of the under layers were totally rotted and crumbled in my hands. Literally the wood became a sponge! I cringe at what the future would hold if I decided not to replace the flat roof.
I could not be more happier with the work his men did and the trust and respect I have in Eduardo going forward.

I needed a roof inspection for the insurance company. He came out the next day and explained everything that the insurance company was concerned with very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend using Eduardo for all of my roofing needs in the future! :)

Correa is the best, and addresses any concerns you may have. his crew is outstanding. i would highly recommend J&M Construction to anyone who needs a roof,deck etc; they are the very best at what they do. i will definitely do business with Mr. Correa again.
