I simply wanted my new apartment cleaned before I moved in. They did not clean everything I requested cleaned. Additionally, they purchased cleaning supplies (because they had none), made me reimburse them for the supplies, and kept the supplies. When I addressed my issues with Devin, he argued with me and said I wasn't entitled to a receipt to prove they purchased the supplies, I wasn't entitled to recieve the supplies I purchased, and I wasn't entitled to a refund (even though they admittedly didn't clean everything). Unprofessional and not thorough cleaners.

I am sorry you feel that way. On Your Thumbtack post you said you had all supplies, I went out and spent money on supplies and you never reimbursed me. Stay blessed.
