I spent two years in the Peace Corps in Colombia, South America. I went to graduate school at the University of Puerto Rico. I taught basic Spanish in elementary grades in the Greensboro area. I have taught English as a second language. I speak Castilian Spanish. I was a Stephen Minister for 6 years in the United Methodist Church (assisted clergy in visitation of members in need).

David is great! I had him working with my 6 yr. old to keep him on top of his Spanish that he had learned in kindergarten and I told David what I wanted to accomplish and he planned out a lesson plan and it was great! He was really patient, kind and attentive to my 6 yr old. Thank you!
Spanish Lessons

Working with David was great! He is very structured in his teaching and methods. He started my wife and I with simple words. Then we progressed to common phrases that were very helpful when we travelled to Costa Rica. Our final lesson was conversing in Spanish only. He will work at a pace that is suitable to you and is very helpful in the process. I highly recommend his service.
