- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for our services. Our work is scale-able meaning that you can buy what you need now and add features or pages at a later time. We are able to meet any reasonable budget and our pricing is very fair. We have been told that our pricing is less than half of what Ad Agencies charge for the same services. We do offer several payment options like monthly subscriptions, payment plans, or quarterly payments. These options cost a little more in the long run but can make getting a valuable tool doable as your business grows.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We build new websites on a collaboration site where we work with our clients to create the design and fine-tune every detail. This is a real functioning site and all apps, tools, and features may be tested. Once this site is 100% ready, we move the site onto the client's previous domain or onto a new domain that we set up for them. Our average time for completing projects is 30 days.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing website in 1995 when I was a executive marketing manager for a multi-million dollar telecom manufacturer. I self-taught myself at first then later had in-depth training on writing HTML working with MySql and PHP databases. Over the years I migrated to WordPress and have spent considerable time training and learning new systems to support my customers.
