- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We cater to the individual needs of each client! We offer many standard packages but strive to taylor specific needs for your special day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to get to know our customers by beginning with a phone interview and get a general idea of what they expect. We then like to visit the shoot location with the customer and talk about items they expect to incorporate in there photo's the day of their event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The photography industry changes quickly and we do our home work on new software for editing as well as new lens,cameras and all equipment involved but what it really comes down to is identifying with your customer!
