T.R. Murphy Construction Co. proved to be a true blessing to me. I have worked with many other contractors in the past that may have had big names, but the delivery of quality people and work was much to be desired. T.R. Murphy Construction Co. provided quality people as well as quality work. For my original assessment, Mr. Murphy was thorough in explaining my options, pricing and the amount of time that it would take to complete the job. It was important to him that the customer was satisfied with the completed work, and it was important to me that the work was completed properly and in a timely manner. He is licensed and fully insured with the highest guarantee in the industry. This was important to me, as the building that was worked on was an investment for me. Itemization of tasks 1. Removed old leaking skylight 2. Repaired roof and shingles 3. Repaired ceiling from water leaks/painted ceilings 4. Painted the whole townhouse 5. Replaced old flooring/installed luxury vinyl and carpet 6. Removed old appliances/cleaned construction debris I highly recommend T.R. We recently used TR Murphy Construction Co to paint our outside shutters, lights, flashing and installed a ceiling fan. It was a pleasure working with Tyler and his team. Tyler provided an timely estimate and the job was scheduled and completed. His team was very friendly and profession and I will be using them again.

TR Murphy, installed a storm door to my back door. I appreciate that he was upfront about all costs. They performed the work as scheduled and were very flexible in making the arrangements. I also liked that I was able to schedule my appointment through phone and email which was perfect for my work schedule. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

We had about 6 or 7 small repairs on our rental home that property manager hasn't taken care of. Tyler was wonderful, called me promptly about estimate, showed up when he promised, estimate was more than reasonable, so we hired his company, and even requested another repair. We can only say "WOW"! Tyler called to confirm day work was to start. His company was on time, courteous, completed work efficiently, with a great work ethic, cleaning any area where they worked. After several really bad experiences with any type of home repair in Michigan, our prior state, this young man and his workers were such a pleasure to do business with here in Greenville NC. Tyler understands that a small job can reap great rewards, should we decide to build a home, I know who will get the job, and should we buy a home needing repairs, Tyler will be called. I highly recommend calling Tyler, even if you have a "small" job, I'm so glad we did.
