I read all the great reviews and after speaking with Ebonie, thought I would give Heaven Scent a try. The apointment was scheduled for 9:30 and the cleaner was right on time. I work from home and she was very thoughtful about not interrupting me. She worked really hard and my floors and bathrooms looked great and my furniture never looked so good. I would absolutely reccomend this company.

Great job. Hired for a move out cleaning and the workers did a superb job. Originally quoted and intro rate of 150 but ended up paying 175 but well worth it for the excellent job done. They were also super flexible with the scheduling after my closing date on the new home was changed twice!!!!

Oh my goodness, where do I start! We just bought our first house and wanted to make sure it was cleaned before our moms saw the house. I found Heaven Scent cleaning on thumbtack. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are always dependent upon size of home, condition, and request. Every house is different therefore it's no set rate for each service at this time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we provide a ball park estimate and the customer is fine with the price, we will then set up a time to meet at the customers home for a free consultation. This gives us the opportunity to observe the home and better understand the needs of the customer. We'll then provide an accurate price for our services. If the customer agrees with the rate provided we will then schedule a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone employed here at Heaven Scent typically has some type of cleaning background. Many have worked in the cleaning industry for years. Others have accumulated experience just from being a home maker.
