I received mails alerting me that my online booking had been received and was scheduled as well as letting me know when my cleaning team would arrive at my home. The day before I received a wonderful reminder text about my cleaning as well. The team was excellent and the job they did was excellent! It was wonderful arriving home to a sparkling clean home- made my whole weekend that much better! I have signed up for them to come every two weeks since I was VERY pleased with my cleaning.
