- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I go bid a job, I always make sure the customer know that the price could very a little bit, Depending on how bad the job might be, The biggest thing, Is sight unseen, can make it hard to give the customer a exact price, Will always go over everything with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure the customer feel comfortable with us and they can trust we will make the right decision to get there projects done and done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started building trades in 7 grade, And move in to building home from ground up by the 9 grade and have been in the field every sense.
