As a general contractor and manager, Javier was proactive, with great communication skills, and provided a clear written contract with options, and worked with a subcontractor who installed new quartz countertops. I was involved in the decision-making process. The contract was broken down by task, with a detailed description of each task and pricing.
If you are looking for a general handyman, Javier is just the person you need. I first met him when he responded to a request I submitted on Thumbtack for someone to repair the drywall in a bedroom closet; sand, prime, and paint the closet; and install a modular closet system. Over the phone, we discussed the project, and the fixed price he quoted was very reasonable. We set a work date, and Javier arrived on time, worked neatly and efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. The finished closet exceeded my expectations and was simply stunning.
I was so thrilled that I hired Javier for additional work over the coming months. As a retiree, I was available whenever Javier could work me into his schedule at Superior Services. He personally performed these additional jobs for me.

Javier Ramirez did a fabulous job preparing the closet walls, then hanging the modular cabinets I had assembled. The walls in the spare room closet had seen better days, especially after the wire closet system was removed. My condo was built in the 1980s, and the wire shelving may have been the closet system. My husband and I had removed the wire shelving, which had been secured with very long drywall screws plus 🏏nails. Javier patched the drywall, sanded and painted the closet, then hung the modular units. He was courteous, friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly.
