Introduction: We have a Christ-centered martial arts program, and we begin classes with a prayer. On Tuesday evenings, we have a short time of devotions prior to beginning the class.
We have classes on Monday and Tuesday evenings, from 6-7:30 on Mondays and 6:15 to 8:00 on Tuesdays. Our Saturday morning class meets from 10 to 11:30. We have some of the best Tang Soo Do training within 50 miles.
Our school focuses on real-life self-defense training. We do not do the usual old, stale techniques that the instructor has no idea if they would ever work. The senior instructor has a background in law enforcement in PA and NC and private security as well.
During the school year, we have a Grasshopper program; this is for kids ages age 4-7. The class meets every Tuesday, from 5:30 to 6:15. It has been one of our most popular classes.
In our regular classes, the primary art is Tang Soo Do. We add some Kenpo, F.E.A.R.'s close -quarter combat, Sungja-do, and our unique brand of Sho Moo Do, which is a combination of Shotokan and Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do.
