- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is a simple one. My crew works fast and efficiently to provide the highest quality of craftsmanship you will find. They also expect to get paid for the work they complete. My price system is as follows: Material price + Labor. Its that easy. I will even provide you with the material price on the bid form if you would like. I am far from expensive so I have no reason to hide what I am charging for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All that I need is a customer to cal, text, or email me. You can also visit our website and contact us under the contact us page, or send me a private message on Facebook. Once you take that first step I come out and give you a free estimate on the entire project you would like completed. I tell you what it is going to cost to have the best craftsmen in this area come complete your project and we set a start date. I generally charge anywhere from 1/3 to 2/3 of the total price as a down payment based on a labor to material ratio and begin work as soon as the schedule allows. We then do not go to another job until yours is complete. Very simple process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up working for my parent's construction company back in NY. I stuck with it and my father taught me how far a good work ethic and attention to detail can get a person. Once I turned 18 I went out on my own. Now I live in Archdale North Carolina and want to do the same quality work here in warmer climates that I did in the frozen tundra of New York.
