Deanna is amazing! She was wonderful from the first time she came to our house to meet our fur babies. She kept in touch with us while we were away and even sent us photos via text. We came home to little report cards about what she had done and how the kitties were.

You should put on your website you need a five day or two week notice. And are completely booked over every holiday these things are not on your website

The details of this anonymous person not accurate. Unfortunately due to a scheduling conflict, we were unable to meet before the first visit. I require a meet and greet before the first visit to ensure all details to your furbabies visits are perfect. Regarding the holidays, I was simply informing the customer of the dates I have commitments to other customers that have booked me well in advance. I was as professional and courteous as possible. I'm sorry I couldn't help.
