I would have also selected Value and Work Quality in this review but Thumbtack forced me to only choose 3 of the 5 possible attributes that caused me to give this company a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. That's not fair to Jawontee and his company All The Way Live Electric. Someone at Thumbtack should fix this rating system. I contacted Jawontee yesterday afternoon about a light fixture that had been incorrectly installed by the builder of our home 5 years ago. Let's just say it was put up with bubblegum and fishing line. Or might as well have been. 😆. A very small job that many pros wouldn't have bothered with. One day recently, the two prong standard builders grade vanity light just fell off of the wall. Because it had only been installed with one screw. Jawontee offered to come out within a couple of hours. No extra service charge because he was coming here the same day. Jawontee arrived exactly when he said he would. Had the materials needed to fix the problem. I did not get the opportunity to meet him, as I was keeping our 2 big dogs calm upstairs. My husband met with him. But, I scheduled the service and we texted about this and future jobs. He could not have been more empathetic and professional. Resolved the problem and even opened up another ceiling outlet for us that was prewired by the builder. That was also installed with a single screw so he repaired that. The quote he originally gave me on the phone is the amount we paid, plus tip. I told him he's now our Go-To Guy and we'll be calling soon for ceiling fan installation. We highly recommend this company if you want the highest quality work, done on time, at the price quoted, with no extra add ons or upsells. An honest business, respectful gentleman doing top notch work. Why would you go with any other company? And no, I wasn't "incentivized" to write this. I appreciate trustworthy people. They're rare and valuable. Thank you J.
