We needed a floor replaced in a second bedroom. We went thru 8 different contractors, 6 wouldn't even look at the job because it was too small. Two didn't have time. We found Jonathan on Thumbtack and he responded immediately and completed the job within a week. He and his team did an excellent job. He actually found another issue and fixed it. He was very reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves to the point you wouldn't know they were there. We were very satisfied and plan on using Jonathan and his team again.

Jonathan came over and installed a ceiling fan in my son's bedroom. He came over in advance to check out the area for me since no light/fan was existing and then came back 2 days later (after I bought the fan) to do the job. He also purchased parts on his end since I didn't know what exactly was needed. He rewired the switch to control the fan rather than the light it had been and the fan looks great! He also laid down a tarp to keep the area clean and vacuumed up when done! Great work and great care! Thank you!
