- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a speaker, i charge my client (partner) base on the duration of the talk or workshop. I am very reasonable in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to listen. The second is to suggest 3 methodologies applicable to the situation we are tackling or talk I am giving. The rest of the process is dynamic. Solutions have a way of finding air.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in the NC State graduate certificate Family Counseling course.
