- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Shown prices are base/starting prices. The more details provided, the more accurate an estimate we will be able to provide. There MAY be a Travel Fee added, depending on the specific service needed and distance from our offices. (Price depending upon specifics)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the name, phone number, location of service and all services required, before we begin giving quotes or estimates. In addition, we need ALL details of services requested. EXAMPLES: Stairs, pets, possible tight work areas. We also need to know all items included in the service. For example, if it is a moving service, ALL items we would touch to move, assemble, pack, etc. Once we have FULL details, we can begin working out pricing details. We work with customers to get them the best rates, while still performing quality work.

Just years of experience and perfecting each area of the business.
