- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for Veterans, Law Enforcement and customer referrals. I also offer package discounts to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure I know exactly which property I'm servicing, any details about that property and how the customer would like it serviced, and what time works for them. I make sure I give appointment reminders as well as emailed receipts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
