What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The taxation prices are based on number of transactions involved or forms to be processed but our prices are distinct in each case. Our Bookkeeping prices are normally between $100 - $200 per month based on number of transactions in bank statement. Our Payroll range from $50 - $100 per month based on number of workers being paid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important that I gain my clients confidence concerning financial matters, for that reason I spend the first 15 minutes getting acquainted and sharing testimonies of our work as well as showing our place of business to our new clients. We offer soft drinks or water as a refresher.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Accounting degree in corporate accounting. I am a registered agent with the IRS. I am also a registered e-file agent with the IRS as well as an Acceptance Agent with the IRS in filing for Identification Tax ID Numbers.
