FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be extremely fair. I did not start this business to get rich I started it to really help people. My prices they all start the same but depending on the situation, depending on the individual, dependent on the size of the house or what type of actual cleaning needs there are the prices vary. I do not mind adjusting those to meet the needs of the customer but I want to make sure that we're both satisfied. where I'm not getting taken advantage of and they're getting what they need done and they're not feeling like they're getting taken advantage of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, go in and take a look at the place. find out what exactly what they are wanting done. get a your. find out where I can set up at ask the certain types of smells that they like or do/don't like. if I need to do a refrigerator/oven I go ahead and spray that down and get that soaking. always spray my bathrooms down and let those be soaking while I'll tackle the other areas. I usually go left to right or clockwise. then I try to mop myself out the way I came in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I really don't have education for cleaning. I have associates degree in business. I am a mother of a almost 24yro and 19 year old. I'm the oldest of 5 sisters so cleaning has pretty much been a responsibility of mine since I was around 5yrs old.
