- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most DJ's I am extremely negotiable on pricing. That means I definitely have a package that will fit your budget. I have major discounts for repeat business and references are not only appreciated, but compensated. Let's Talk, I'm ready when you are!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we have a trusted process that will help us to extract the information about the event in order to exceed every expectation and deliver "The Flowzzz Experience" I make it a practice to meet every potential and new customer in person. By the end of the conversation we always have a clear picture of their needs, wants, and what we can do to overcome any challenges that may be discovered. The Flowzzz Experience involves much more than music selection. Each event is tailored to your needs. My team and I are available to our customers 24/7.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ Years experience in the DJ business. I have seen and done it all from concerts, weddings, and house parties. That places me in a unique situation to deliver a full on unforgettable event.
