I contacted this company because we’ve had an issue with field mice in our walls. They were responsive to my initial request for service and performed a thorough inspection of my home, set poison out, etc. The service I paid for included a follow-up after four weeks, but they never called me to schedule. At five weeks, we heard another mouse in our wall so I reached out and they said they would come the next day. They never showed up and have not contacted me to set up another time. I’ve had to engage with another pest company.
