Dan was on time and very professional. He delivered the photos to me as promised. He's easy to work with, and his prices are super reasonable. His photos of my house are so nice, it made me not want to sell my house. :) He took the photos at very good angles, very clear and crisp. I'd give him a 10 if I could. He did an awesome job and has earned my business.

Danny Collado is an exceptional photographer and an even more exceptional professional that should be on every real broker's team who lists property for sale.
I am a commercial real estate broker with 36 years of experience and Danny has shown himself to be one of the best photographers I have ever worked with. My only regret is that my home market is Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill and Danny is located in Charlotte. If he were local I would use no other photographer.
As stated in my opening sentence, Danny's photography is exceptional. He photographed an apartment community for me and his work was beautiful. I am very proud to use it in my offering memorandum.
Not only did he provide me with clear and well-composed high-resolution still photographs, but he also included an interactive "virtual tour" as part of his package.
But the thing that really put Danny over the top in my experience was his responsiveness, commitment to excellence and his eagerness to go the extra mile. He jumped on the assignment immediately and completed it in short order. Then his follow-up and customer service afterward were far above the call of duty.
I hope I can work with Danny again in the future because he's the best!

Danny Collado is the best photographer I've ever hired. Not only are his prices reasonable, but his manner is also considerate and the quality of his photographs exceptional.
I had to reschedule a few times, and he was patient with my changing schedule and travel. Arriving early to the shoot, he took a few photographs and kindly changed some of the shots after I added some finishing touches.
For the photo shoot of our house for sale, Danny's pictures far exceeded the realtors' shots. I highly recommend his work and, more importantly, him to anyone seeking a swift, high quality, photo shoot at an unbeatable price!
