Pricing depends on the scope, preparation, and materials. I confirm what's included before starting and get your approval for any extras. Small jobs may have a minimum service charge.

Send a few photos and a brief description. I'll review the details, arrange an on-site estimate if needed, and confirm the price and schedule before we begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is hands-on, covering painting, wallpaper, drywall repair, and general handyman work. I follow manufacturer instructions and focus on preparation and a clean finish.
