Working with James is always a breeze! He is very responsive to calls and texts, he always shows up on time, his prices are very reasonable and he does great work. I’ve had him complete many different projects around my house, most recently installing some new light fixtures. I also appreciate that he is very careful and respectful in and around my house and cleans up when he’s finished. I will be calling Balado Home Repair again when my next project comes up!
