I had some problems with my laptop (red tint on screen and an audio problem). Mr. Willis contacted me and offered to fix it for $80 and said it would take 2-3 days.
Doing business with Mr. Willis was extremely pleasant. His schedule is flexible and he will meet you where you need him to (this is a part time job for him (works from home), he's a computer technician at a local school I believe) and he was very friendly, professional, and understanding.
It only took him a day to repair my laptop, at which point I went over to his house to pick it up. He explained to me in great detail what he did to fix the problems, and how he fixed them. I was not expecting that, but I really appreciated it. He also kept me informed as he worked on it.
After I received the laptop back, my red tint was fixed, but I noticed that my audio was still messed up. He gladly took it back (and was very apologetic) and did everything he could to remedy the problem at no extra cost. We determined the problem was a defect with the laptop I owned (Alienware M17XR4), and he provided several solutions to my problem. He explained to me that the problem was something with my defective motherboard (which is common to my laptop model), he then helped me find who to properly contact to fix the problem.
Overall Mr. Willis was professional, kind, and flexible. He did everything in his power to fix my laptop and genuinely cared about the job he did. 10/10 would do business with again.
