- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project. For example, if you have to explore behind a wall you really don't know what your going to find. It could be a simple fix or it could be a bigger job than first though. Pricing varies from Carpenters to Plummer's to Electricians and So forth. I give a writer estimate and contract so you the Customer are completely satisfied with quality and craftsmanship upon Completion. Satisfaction is Guaranteed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I Do is set a time to meet with my Client, LISTEN to what they want, look at the job from my prospective and determine the proper course of action. Then we can move forward with a Contract that protects the homeowner and myself the Business owner. I carry a million-dollar ghost policy and general liability and workman's comp. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had professional on the job training since I started my career. From the bottom of a home to the top of a home. From interior to exterior. My favorite has to be Deck. Who doesn't love being outside in the sunshine!
