Great working team. House was amazingly clean. They were diligent workers and went over and beyond my expectations. It was nice to come into a clean house with groceries, settle in and work on Thanksgiving Dinner in a clean house. Thanks so much for giving your best.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    When Giving a quote it is hard for me to give an exact bid when I can't see the home. I try to give a rough estimate and if at all possiable I like to set up a time to go and give a bid in person. This also helps give me a better idea of the type of clean I will be doing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to meet with My customers and take the time to walk through their home and make note on exactly what it is that they are looking for. I do all I can to make scheduling and pricing that works out for both myself and the customer, Taking the customer's needs as first priority.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I move to No. Carolina to be with my son. I started cleaning with another company. And within 4 months I was on my own..
